This is on behalf of Mr SE Williams, all documentation was submitted in 04/02/13, no feedback received, when enquiring after no pay out received in April, he was advised of an EE form outstanding. No one advised him yet the doc was sent in February. Service received is PATHETIC, why are YOU withholding money that rightfully belongs to him. He is being given the run around and its unacceptable!! He expects this to be sorted out no later than today as this really is RIDICULOUS. Apologies will not pay his bills, he cant go to a provider and say, "sorry I cant pay you". PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP, THIS ISSUE HAS BECOME TEDIOUS!!
