Double Debit and no reversal

I Paid for a plane ticket on [URL Removed] on at 08:15 AM on the 15th of May. For some reason, there was an error on the website, and the payment was taken from my account, but did not clear on the Kulula end. I then phoned the call centre at Kulula, who said they will issue my ticket once they received an authorisation code from the bank, which they did. they also guaranteed me that they will not double debit my account. I was issued my ticket, but almost immediately afterwards received a second payment notification via InContact. this one came through at 08:32AM.

When I arrived back in South Africa I immiediatly contacted Kulula, and have contacted them a number of times to try get this reversed, but they say I need to send them my bank statement showing the double debit, because on their end they only recieved payment once. I can not do this, because the payment is still showing as an outstanding card authorisation on my account. I tried to contact FNB reversals, but they say they need Kulala to ask for the reversal. I Just want my money back, and am tired of FNB pushing me from pillar to post. As far as I am concerned, the bank has robbed me of my money.
