Credit Card Switching Not Done

Upon the sale of my FNB credit card i was told that FNB will switch my credit card and transfer my balance but unfortunately this did not happen as its now gone 13 days. I have to call the call centre constantly to follow up on my request and i still don't get any positive feedback because every time i call all they do is send an escalation email and no one bothers contacting me. Its quite frustrating calling the call centre and been transferred back and fourth. I have submitted all the relevant documentation and believe its correct otherwise the application wouldn't't have been approved. FNB has really tested my patience now as its take a lot time and effort to go through the call centre. Please can someone assist with my query.
