I contacted Alexander Forbes Callcentre to findout progress with payout, to be informed that it was delayed by SARS by two weeks, so it was only submitted late in December, but not to worry as they processing it as URGENT PAYOUT, so usually it takes 7 to 14 days, but this payout will take about a week, then called on friday to be told will have it Monday, Friday at exactly 5pm received sms saying Banking validation failed, called the bank they said nothing was declined by them, called Alexander Forbes on Monday no one could answer why, asked for a Manager and manager promised to call back but did not, I called back asked for the manager she did not apologies for not calling back, she then said she'll speak to the accounts&admin guys, and call back, once again she did not, I then called her she said ok they'll have it sorted in 3 working days, so we expect payment by Friday AGAIN, then Friday comes no payment, called her she advised banking validation will go through only on Monday she'll call on Tuesday, as usual she did not callback, i call her she she ask for 2 days as theres something wrong with my name, but they dont know what it is, IM SO STRESSED I HAVE HOSPITAL BILLS TO PAY
