I still cannot believe such a big company failed to help me. Since the end of April I have been waiting for Alexander Forbes to deposit my Provident Claim. I have been calling the call centre 2 or 3 times a week for the feedback on my claim and eventually they advised me that my tax directive application has been approved and that was on the 3rd of June. They advised me my claim will be deposited withing 7 to 14 working days.

Surprisingly I am still not in possession of my claim. I emailed Thembeka and Karisha for help, they asked Gumede Jabulile from the JHB branch who promised that my claim will be deposited to my bank account same day which was the 19th of June. On the 21st (Friday) I called for help, wanted to know if there was anything wrong with my bank account since the claim was still not showing in my bank account, Thembeka promised to investigate with Jabulile and call me back but no one has communicated with me since then.
