DELAYED CLAIM, NO SERVICE

I have been awaiting payout of my claim since 22/03/2013 .Claim was initially processed around the 04 /03.There have been delays due to a discrepancy with the surname AF have vs what the bank has. This has prevented payment going through which was effected 19/03.I have subsequently had to contact them on 22 /03 & sent all the necessary docs. After 2weeks of no feedback I called back & an efficient agent explained what it is exactly they require for the payment to go through. This I did PROMPTLY! They have a 3 day turn around time on all queries. SERIOUSLY! The supervisor is yet to contact me since my initial call in March. After SEVERAL CALLS I HAD TO INITIATE over the past month, was advised last Friday my payment has been effected & should be
in my account in 5working days. I called this morning & guess what MY PAYMENT DID NOT GO THROUGH AGAIN FOR SOME REASON .The agent confirmed my documents are in order & is escalating it as an URGENT QUERY! Which will take 48 WORKING HRS to be attended to. YOU MUST JOKING ALEXANDER FORBES! IF I DID NOT CALL WOULD I KNOW THIS!!! SARS received their portion last week. ALL MUST BE IN ORDER WITH MY SURNAME THEN! WHY AM I NOT RECEIVING MY CLAIM!
