Failure to assist

Recently my phone got. I got a new contract phone with a new number and i wanted to change one-time password to my new number. Sounds simple, but as i discovered it was not. I tried to phone and change it but unfortunately you cant do that. i went to the Briaredine branch as its close to my work. Got to speak to someone and got the number changed, but my one-time password was still not coming through, so i went back and i was told to wait. later phoned customer care again and i was told it was not changed, because i actually have to sign a form. i went back to that branch spoke to customer care while the team leader was with me, then they spoke. after the phone call i was told to wait. i was told that the form gets sent through electronically now and i have to sign nothing "i must just be patient" this was on the 10th. so i was patient and tried now which is the 15th with no joy. phoned customer care and i was told its not changed, then asked did i sign a form? same one i was told by the TEAM LEADER i did not have to sign? I am not impressed
