I bought an Ipad via Fnb in January, it was delivered on time. But unfortunately my account has not been debited for payments. I have been going up and down from pillar to post for the past 3months hoping that it will be resolved. I don't understand why I should be following them to debit my account every month..this is very irritating and a waste of my time when I have to leave my work, go to the bank and still the matter is not resolved. This is very unprofessional, because the next time they will be threatening me with letters of non payment from their lawyers, forgetting that they are the one's who are at fault!
Very disappointed!
