I lost my dad on 24 March 2013 and still in mortuary due to financial problems we have in family and wrote and called A Forbes with a humble plea to release my provident fund payout to be able to bury my dad. I was told payout can be made within 7-14 days after receiving tax directive of which mine was received 14 March 2013 and my 7 day was on the 25 March 2013 hence pleaded if they could have mercy and look at my unfortunate situation and release the funds for us to bury my dad, as we speak my dad is still in mortuary accumulating more debt and causing more pain in my family just because A Forbes is waiting for 14 days whereas there is nothing holding them to release those funds cos all papers are in order. I have been calling since the 25th March and been told one thing daily "waiting for Admin response" which takes 3 days to respond, counting from 25th March 2013 how many 3 days has lapsed and no one has been sensitive enough to look at my matter and I am not willing to keep my dad for another week and need to bury him this weekend 6 April 2013 and still humble request someone from A Forbes to look at my matter right now and make sure my payment is released between TODAY PLS
