I regret having taken out a policy with iWyze. I have been trying to make a claim for over 2 weeks. First I tried SMS after several attempts I realised that they were not going to call me with a day. I then tried calling the call centre. Th automated response went on and on. When I tried to leave a message that too took for ever.
How does anyone actually initiate a claim with these incompetent people?
Time to investigate an alternate provider. There goes any dealings with Old Mutual, Mutual & Federal or any associated companies.
