I have arranged to purchase a vehicle from a company and it turned out that the title was held by Standard Bank. I was told 2 weeks to get the documents and having already sold my car and unable to drive the new one until it was in my name I was in troubl as my daughter had a specialist appointment that I had to wait months to get. Vanity called me back with feed back within 10 minutes that Mashudu stood ready to help me. 30 minutes later I spoke to Mashudu who, within 1 hr of recieving my e-mail with delivery details sent me an sms and mail with a tracking number for the documentation.
