Unproffessional and non delivery

It took 3 weeks for iWyze to authorise my claim, I recieved automated emails that indicated that my claim was in process but no personal feedback as to how far it was. On the 3rd week after several calls from my side the claim was authorised and I completed and sent the form indicating that settlement of the claim was 53 400 on the 14 th June. I then went and deposited another car with R50000 with anticipation that the money will be creditided in my account. On the 19th I get a call that there has been an error my claim will only be R43 050 as the assesor thought my car was a 2007 model. How can they make such an error when they have my policy indicating the model of my car. No one should take Iwyze policy
