THIS IS MY FIRST MONTH WITH MUTUAL AND FEDERAL AND A FEW WEEKS AFTER I HAD TAKEN MY POLICY WITH THEM MY PHONE WAS A LADY TOOK DOWN MY CLAIM WHEN I CALLED AND DIFFERENT PEOPLE KEPT ASSISTING WHEN I CALLED IN FOR FEED BACK EACH OF THE STAFF MEMBERS I SPOKE TO WERE VERY POLITE AND HANDS ON WITH WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY CLAIM.. THERE WAS A DELAY WITH THE SERVICE PROVIDER HOWEVER BUT THE STAFF WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO MAKE SURE I RECIEVED MY PHONE AND WAS SATISFIED WITH THE OUT COME OF MY CLAIM OF WHICH I WAS.
AS CLIENTS WE KNOW THINGS WONT ALWAYS GO OUR WAY BUT AS LONG AS OUR SERVICE PROVIDERS KEEP US CALM AND UPDATED WE ARE HAPPY
