I had my accident on the 18 March 2013. The following day I gota phone call from Outsurance (Sylvia) telling me that my vehicle iseconomically unfit for repair and that Outsurance is waiting for STD Bank Re: Settlement amount and that they will send me the report shortly. This was dragging on till weekending 22 March 2013 after I was promisedfeedback from Outsurance. I had to phone Outsurance Monday 25/03/13 since I was still awaiting thereport from the assessor that was promised to me 19/03/2013 plus NO SETTLEMENTLETTER WHATSOEVER! PLUS I LOST A DEAL ON A VECHILE I WANTED TO PURCHASE! 26 March 2013 - I received the letter of consent FROM outsurnace I had tocomplete. Outsurance email: Good Morning please fill in and sign the consent letter need to send toStandard Bank thanks? RegardsSylvia Outsurance? I completed this 26/03/2013 and asked my wife to fax it through to STD Bank. As per Outsurance STD Bank never received it and she had to fax it again. 2DAYS LATER i was told that the letter was supposed to be send back to OUtsuranceBUT if you look at the email received above there was no indication what soever. YOUR SERVICE AND I WOULD LOVE CHANGING MY INSURANCE! PATHETIC!
