On the 13th February 2013 I contacted Outsurance to request them to cancel the car insurance that I had with them. Since it was in the middle of the month, they were supposed to refund me for the remaining days of the month pro rata. The last debit orddr was deducted on 30 January 2013. They informed me that the refund will be paid into my account on 15 March 2013 (more than 40 days after receipt of the premium), alternatively I could send them a copy of my bank statement and they will pay the refund to me within 7 days. I sent my bank statement on 18 February 2013 to one of the consultants on email [Email Removed] which I never received acknowledgement of receipt. I have been waiting since then and the 7 days have long passed and i have not heard anything from Outsurance.
So I guess I'm the one bending over backwards for Outsurance!!! Like they say you always get something out. And I'm getting out poor service, lack of proffessionalism and zero results. Somebody must respond and tell m what the delay is.
