I applied for a home loan under ref:4642691 and I got a call from sales dept that my bond application was pre-approved, and to send the documents.
Another call was received from the sales dept with a different reference number-4645169 and they did another Approval in Principle.
Later a guy called Stephen Kock, called me for documents and he gave me his email address and the fax number for docs.
I sent the documents on numerous occasions.
He later stated that my pay slip was not clear, I struggled to send through my government pay slip and nothing was done.
I received an email to contact the CCC, which I did, and Nomvuyo requested that I send through my payslip to her, as they declined my application, since the payslip was not clear, they used my net income as I banked with stadig bank. I sent it through and never heard from her and Stephen again.
Instead home loan sales, called and did 4 more applications, and this has affected my scoring! 4642557, 4647316, etc.this unfair as they need to arbitrate my application!!! I was given a number to call CRC, and they referred me to a consultant, as I was at the north gate branch at the time, to date nothing has been done!
