The catch being that Alexander Creations must create the business plan as their clientele are only prepared to accept and consider Mr Engelbrechts documentation. It will however cost R12 000-00 to convert your existing document. A 50% deposit gets the ball rolling, and when it comes time to pay the rest, you will be informed that Mr Engelbrecht is in a meeting discussing your proposal with an interested investor. The catch being, that Mr Engelbrecht will only introduce you after the full payment is made. No appointment or printed documentation is then forwarded. You receive a call saying their is no interest. You may even get a call from one of Mr Engelbrechts friends pretending to show interest, but nothing comes of it. We are still waiting since April for our first introduction.
