POOR SIRVICE

In midlle January 2013 we applied for debconsiliation at standard bank. They said it wil only take 10 working days. Today is 3 April 2013 and after about 20 phone calls and emails we still havend heard anything from them, thy keep on saying the manager is bussy whith our stuff and thats been going on for the last three weeks. THIS IS VERY BAD SERVICE.
