Disgusting Service... REALLY!!

I 'applied' for a personal loan via the web on - March 22 2013, and filled in all the details required of me. It was not long that I received an e-mail from Arlene Claasens stating that I " Have been approved in Principle for R33K via Fnb". Yay I was excited and filled in all the necessary paperwork, went especially to the bank to get my Bank Statement (which they charged me for), had everything stamped & legalised as requested, and faxed everything off. I was then told that I now qualify for R37K, and just had to initial and sign the papers, of which I did. This was also said in the email - "Kindly note the sooner the documents are submitted the quicker the disbursement of funds will take place ". It is now the 3rd of April, and after numerous emails and trying to get through on the cell number provided - " The subscriber you have dialled... bla bla bla "... I STILL have not heard any feedback ..??!! I could get very rude with this but choose not too.. I am better than that! ALL I would like to know is what is happening, and why 'dangle a carrot' and then not deliver?
