Please advice on query

On the 13/3 i logged a query telephonically with telephone banking, ref Rf13031321392. Unfortnately i missed calls from fnb to give me feedback. however i recvd a text that I must call fnb to get feedback. i spoke to Jodesh 20130403 (call RS130403517434. he advised that he can not trace my query, as a matter of fact does not have access to queries logged. please help as I urgently need this information. please note I am in training on work constructuin site; we have poor network so might not take call/ or no network, so if possible please send feedback via sms please, i would really appreciate
