Still no FEEDBACK!!!

Please note the following. You advise that you gave me a call regarding my query. I have never received any call or missed call from you. I checked my call register and since I logged this query I have not had any calls from any unknown numbers, which means the above statement is false and I will escalate it with Peter Cheals, in order for the website administrators to escalate this further
Today is the 22/10/2013 and I logged my initial query on the 17/10/2013 and I still have not had any reply from your administrations department.

I have been an Edgars client for many years and this type of service from Edgards is not what expect
