I had a multi loan active on my capitec account but then all of a sudden it dissappeared with no notification nothing what poor service after being with capitec for 2 years now, then they use their favourite lines affordability! I earn more now man so why is this an issue. Its a nitemare to go into a branch as the waiting times to see a consultant is pathetic. I am looking at changing banks as I don't see y this is an issue as they get their money back the instant my salary is deposited. Their service is poor I was with standard before and the service I got from them was 100 times better I regret changing to capitec as they provide poor service if they allowed more things online for customers to do themselves like apply for loans and multi loans I'm sure their branch staff won't be so despondant
