Absa charges admin fee 2X NCA maximum

Tired of try to talk to Absa.
Have tried their Action Line and Personal Loans call centre email address.
Tried call centre number but aged on the line from holding on.

They charged my wife R114 admin fee, whereas the quote correctly reflected the R57 a month maximum fee allowed by the NCA.

Absa is just a shocker!! I am not surprised that they are bleeding customers, because they are useless!! Sorry this may sound harsh, but I am tired of trying to get them to fix their own mistakes and it now wasting my time!!

The Action Line is also Actionless!!

Absa please phone me to reverse the admin fee and close the account. Let me know the settlement amount and I will pay it in!! And no I will not be going into the branch. Also close her credit card. Will close her cheque account later when all debit orders are moved!!
I was a client for 15 years but moved and my wife will also close all her accounts! Trust me no idol threat. I have just had enough!!
