I tried for the past seven workings days to get hold of one of MFC consultant for what i consider to be simple just to change my banking details. it seems as if the line is not working cause after a voice promt you will listen to thier jingle without mfc answering your call. ooh!!! my they even claim to come back to you within one business day can someone sue them for giving false information.
