I received several sms just before 24h00 and then at 00h01 that R1995.02 has been taken off my account every time, I phone the call center when i woke at 03h40, ref number 7663510, and 7666836.,
The only thing they will do is stop my card.
I was instructed to go and log a case at the police, They don't call the police
The Warrant Officer at the police station 013-7900209 in Malelane instructed me at 10h00 that I can only make a affidavit due to the money was withdrawn or in Swaziland and not in Malelane and therefore I was unable to get a case number.
Elonia at Capitec branch in Malelane the morning of 03/04/2014 said that they need a case number and they are unable to speak to the police or assist me in this case.
Is this how a bank operate, by not assisting in cases???
