Appaulling Customer retention strategy and servi

The Old Mutual Client Retention department service left a bad taste in my mouth. I am in the process of taking all my long and short term investments elsewhere. My Provident fund claim which was received by Old Mutial on 28 January 2013 has to date not been finalised, what irritates me the most is that Grace Tshela who is the contact person never calls me to give an update, I constantly have to call her and only then will she inform me what is going on. There is just no urgency even when I explained my financial situation with her. I am on my knees begging Old Mutual to release what is righfully mine, my money. Every single day I am calling Grace on my cell phone because she is in my view a very bad example of a customer RETENTION agent. She has no compassion, nor does she work any hard to convince me as a client to remain with Old Mutual. She may be good at other things but not customer service. I regret ever speaking to her int he first place and agreeing to preserving my funds with Old Mutual.
