Mi Way has given me a better quote in terms of vehicle insurance as compared to Mutual and Federal. When I called Mutual and Federal to tell them this and give them a chance to retain me as their customer by offering me an offer that can convince me to stay with them. I was told there was nothing they can do for me, as a result I have cancelled my policy with them. (Policy number 612272042).
I would have thought that since they have a retention department, they would be there to retain, and do all they can to keep their customers from leaving them.
My current Mutual and Federal monthly instalment is 1386.02, and my way has offered R1, 139.38.
