I have settled my loan on the 22/03/2013, I called on the 27th for refund as i understand that the debit order has logded already, i was advised to call on the 28th i did my request has been sent to admin i called today a very unhelpfull consultant Blaith states that there is no manager available and that he cannot assist me, BARING IN MIND FNB TO FNB should reflect imm. I am now low on cash it is my daughters bday and i cant even take her for an ice cream, if my funds is returned into my account today i will damage the repuation further by putting this on fb as well
