Still haven't refunded me 7 days late

Bongiwe contacted me on the 27th Dec; apologized profusely for the miscommunications and asked for an email address to send me a "Paid Up" letter. She assured me that admin had been instructed to refund me the mistakenly charged debit order and it would probably be done on the 27th but definitely be done by close of business Monday the 30th. She said I should contact her on the 30th and she would follow up.

On the 30th I called and left messages because no "Paid Up" letter and no refund had arrived; but Bongiwe never returned my calls. I contacted the student loan department direct and Julia Claasen sent me the letter and put me on hold to confirm that admin would be putting the payment through imminently. With the minutes ticking and my airtime running low I hung up and tried calling a bit later to ascertain the result; but could only leave her a message to call back. She called a few hours later to say admin had put a manual payment through and it should be through by close of business on the 30th. I tried calling on the 31st since still no payment had been made; but Julia never returned my call.

Payment is still outstanding; when will this FNB mistake be resolved?
