I am furious as my husband called the call centre to ask for a loan they checked and they took to long and we have decided not to take a loan. Never was there stated that a R350 will be deducted by the end of the month. We did not even get a loan now we must pay for being members for life, never have we agreed for that money to be deducted. My husband spoke to them this morning and they said he agreed and that is a lie. How stupid will we be to pay for something we don't want. I want a refund and I will go to the newspapers who ever to get my money back. I refuse that you take money from my husbands account I will get to the bottom of this
