I want to lay a complain about the fact that Loan Tracer loaded a debit order on my account without my permission. I called to find out the reason why they deducted monies of my account and the call centre agent Tammy informed me that my husband applied for a loan. My husband did not accept the loan nor agreed on any fees nor did I give any consent. The bank account is mine... I did not consent to the loan nor did I give permission for any monies to be deducted from my bank account. These people still had the nerve to tell me that they can't discuss the matter with me as they don't even have my ID number or personal details on their database but they still went ahead and loaded a debit order of my bank account. I need this matter sorted out as its.
