My sales consultant from Morkels just informed me that FNB has written me off and i have to pay them, i am trying to purchase a bed at Morkels and they want to assist me but this written off issue has blocked me out from doing anything. Why didnt anyone contact me regarding this i could have made the payment and now i am only hearing about it now. This is not fair as no communication was done and now i am struggling to buy a bed. Can someone sort this issue out very soon, fnb should have contacted to even make arrangements if it was possible, but i have no clue about even the amount i have to pay, why didnt anyone say anything i wouldnt have been in this issue, i need an urgant help i need to get my bed at Morkels please. All the accounts i have in my name they call me and inform me about any payments, why doesnt FNB do the same, of dont you care how you are affecting your ex-clients in the future, you have made a bad impression of yourself and now people i have spoken to dont trust FNB anymore. Something must be done as i need to buy my bed this week. I have mentioned this to the branch that i am moving to a different bank and no one said anything of how your procedure works.
