I have a complaint, last year December 2012 we wanted to purchase a lounge suit but cancelled it in the same week. At thee end of December month they deducted the monthly instalment from my husbands salary. First of all they didnt tell us we must sign a cancellation form we had to figure that out ourselves. Morkels kept on sending statements and i have wasted all my airtime because i had to phone them everyday. All of a sudden lawyers phoned us Fisher and Nell because Morkels handed us over. I am very dissapointed and want to sue them because now my husband cant get credit because of this. We had to go thee extra mile to get things done, please help.
