Hello I'm bongi shongwe I was having a account at markham I lost my job 2010 and it was not easy for me to pay my account and I found another job DMC was deduting money from my bank every month and last month on the 4/03/2013 I've paid the whole balance at markham store I've phoned them they told me I must fax a prove of payment and I did that, last mount on26/03/2013 money was deducted from my bank and I phoned them again they say I must fax again the prove of payment and I will received a paid up letter and a refund within 5working days but still nothing I've phoned them again today they said I won't get refund cause I've paid at markham and the paid up letter they still don't have it...
