On the 6th of August 2013 I went to Markham Bushbuckridge the service that I received there is not professional at all i wanted to pay for my account I was owing R963.95 unfortunately I didn't have my card with me, but i gave them my id and paid that amount, as I was in the store I saw a t shirt and a jean that i was interested to purchase it, but a lady in the store told me I cannot buy those items since I don't have their Markham card, to my surprise I did pay R963.95 without a card asked her why I was allowed to pay but not to purchase those items and was told words that were not good and to my surprise my money was refunded and told to leave their store because I'm useless then i went to Exact store and paid the same amount that was refunded to me, i want to know if this is the way customers should be treated, and as a customer I don't have any rights to discuss with the Markham employees if i have a problem, please let me know.
