ABSA has processed 3 seperate charges against my current account under the heading CBP Captialisation.
I see that there are numerous complaints on hello peter with each one simply recieving the response "Dear Customer
Thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. We will investigate the matter and furnish feedback shortly."
Yet no explanation appears to be given. I find this to be an absolutely untennable situation and should the issue persist I will most assuredly discontinue my accounts with ABSA in favour of a more palpable banking institution.
