Good day
On the 16th of May 2013 I went into a sportscene store and enquired about my account balance, with an intention of settling it. The shop assistant printed out a statement with a balance of R3428.84.
I immediately made a payment of R2000 meaning my new balance is R1428.84
I made another payment of R1461.02 on the 4th of June 2013 at totalsports to settle my account.
All of a sudden Im getting phone calls from Pienaar Sithole and associates telling me I owe around R2000 on my markham account and I must make payments.
I've tried calling TFG call centre and your agents keep telling me my account is settled, on the other hand Pienaar Sithole and associates representing markham says I owe around R2000.
Can someone please investigate and sort this out
