About a month ago, Markham was suppose to recalculate my installment as I had made another purchase on that account but they didn't and I had to reverse the debit order due to that. Then on Thursday 23rd May I started making calls to their offices. Now that my installment was recalculated, I went and paid more than what my installment was but still Markham debited another money from my account and this debit order was twice the amount that they had miscalculated. I spoke to the headoffices who referred me back to the call centre, spoke to the call centre reps and supervisor by the name of Anni Pierson who tried assisting me on getting the money back into my account but even today I'm still waiting. On Monday 27th I was told Markham has reversed the debit order and I must speak to my bank. I'm running out of patience, I'm really going to start making a noise now.
