Dear Markham. Thank you for the SMS I received from you on 26 April 2013 stating that you are going to close my account because I have not used it in the last 23 months. After many years of being a good customer who always paid his account on time and usually paid more than was due, this is a really good way to treat me. You will also note that after your SMS, I paid my Due South account in full last month i.e. over R2300. Therefore, please close both my Markham and Due South accounts. I will now be spending my money at retailers outside of the Foschini Group e.g Salomon for my footwear, Sportsmans Warehouse for my branded clothing and sports equipment and [URL Removed] for all my North Face gear.
