Markham and one2one bad service

Received a new Q5 phone Aug. Canselled Data bundle. Received sms that R99 data is loaded. Didn't request it and phoned and was informed by One 2 One their mistake and rectified it immediately and No Data received. But this R99 appeared on Markham account. Phoned. They will credit it next month. Then received another sms for bis loaded. Phoned and said I didn't requested it. They promised to fix. And next month came and R99 not credited but another R59 CHARGED FOR BIS BUT I DIDNT REQUESTED IT. Q5 DO NOT USE BIS. PHONED MARKHAM ACCOUNT DEPT AND ONE 2ONE. THEY PROMISED IT IS FIX AND WILL CREDIT ME December. Today I received a sms that state I am R199 in arrears with my account and must pay it. I phoned one 2 one, they put me through to markham and they let me wait for ten minutes on line and insured me that everything in now fixed. (as per Vincent from Markham). Now I will wait to see what reflects on my Dec account. I am frustrated as a loyal customer for more than 20years without any problems. But now do not know what happened to service?? I am not happy.
