Begging for settlement confirmation with no luck

My husband went into Markham in Alberton City 3 months ago and requested to close his account they said no he can't because he owed them R6 he then paid the R6 and was told the account is closed when asked for confirmation he was told it will be posted.
Needless to say he has been billed every month after that. We have now once again paid the account in full and requested confirmation that the account is closed and all we get told is we must wait until the 15th November before they can give us any confirmation... This is unacceptable why if the payment reflects on Markham bank account can it not be allocated and the account be closed immediately... this is now hampering with our approval of my car finance and the more you explain this the less they care!!!

We have experienced nothing but BAD service from Markam.
