I am so disgusted with the service that I received from consultant at the field street Branch Durban, I went into the store to put a stop order on my son's Account, I clearly explained to the lady that I want the Stop order to be done for the end of April and she has put if for this month (March) and now my Old Mutual Policies did not go through and i will have a bad record at the bank and with Old Mutual. I want this to be sorted out ASAP, i require a letter to be sent to Old Mutual stating that its the banks fault and not mine as I have never missed a payment and do not appreciate being treated in this manner. Please make sure that Old Mutual gets their money due to them before the end of business today!!! I still want the stop order for the end of April.
