Last year august I took somepolicies at old mutual, then I was paying them via stop order, january I was appointed permanent at work end of january 2013 they was no deduction from old mutual I called the agency he told me thant is because I have moved from temporary to permanent I must go to the disctrict when I got there they said old mutual managed to got into my persal when I was temporary what makes them not to do so now, at the end of march I was told that policies lapsed, I was adviced to take new ones I did that april on may I realised that policiesdeducted twice for funeral, twice for retirement I went to the branch with payslip that was showing same policies with different policenumbers, cancellation was donee for new ones I got refund, to my suprise end of june they was double deduction again but I have cancelled the new ones, I can afford to go to the branch to querry this every month this is unprofessional money was taken on the 21 june today is the 2nd july, no refund I am confused by the way the do things
