I am very much upset and disappointed with Outsurance. For such a big company to take money from my account without me authorising it. I called outsurance requesting a quote because I wanted to buy a car, they sent me the quote and I specifically told them that I will contact them if I accept the quote... on the 02 June 2013 I got an sms notification from my bank saying that Outsurance deducted R1806 from my account and I didn't understand why because I don't have a policy with them. I never contacted them saying I'm accepting the quote. I called my bank and reversed the transaction and I called Outsurance explaining the story and they said I should get a letter from the dealership saying I didn't buy that car they were insuring, I got the letter and faxed it to them but then today 4/06/2013 I got an sms from Outsurance saying they will deduct the premium of R1806 on the 18/06/2013 because I stopped the payment. I stopped it because I never accepted the quote they gave me. I want them to stop what they are doing because it's an exploitation of young people like myself. I felt robbed. I don't want them to deduct money from my account anymore.
