Disappointing Outsurance

Please allow me to express my outrage and disgust with Outsurance who claims that they are the best in the insurance industry. Outsurance have been deducting monies from my banking account without my authorisation from 2011 to May 2013 to approximately R17000.00. During 2011 I called Outsurance requesting a quotation for my motor car, as I did to other insurance companies too. On 27 May 2013, I got an SMS for the first time, of a withdrawal of R677.31. Since the amount did not register, I immediately called my bank to enquire, just to be informed that it's from Outsurance. I called Outsurance and was informed that this amount was for my motor vehicle insurance, and an additional amount was also deducted for a death policy. Both policies were being deducted without my authorization. I tried explaining this to the consultant that I did not take out the insurance as I got a cheaper quote during 2011 by another insurance company. Between 27, 28 May and 4 June 2013, I liaised with 3 different operators and a manger in this regard. Why would I take the trouble to have my vehicle insured through 2 insurance companies? 19 June I paid R40.00 to stop any further deductions.
