Forex, Customer Care, Wasting my time and money

I had a debit order go off today, NAEDO TRACK INTL i have never seen this nor do i know what this is for, tried calling Customer care Wasted R180 on calls.

I have standing instructions on my account for my salary to be paid in, Phoned Forex and waisted R150 on calls.

it was paid in on Friday... You can not play with my income like you are a day trader... it is called standing instructions for a reason, when i phone you i am on hold for 2hrs, when i put my problems on the facebook page you delete it?

Now i want answers and i want them today!

I have contacted the ombudsman and my laywer, you are making me lose money and messing with my income, i am abroad and my wife needs to go buy her medication and food, but you are slacking as much as possible.

My grandfathers estate will no longer be paid into ABSA, i am also closing all my accounts the moment i get home

When i do get through to the call centre the lady says call centre will be open from 7 to 7 and then drops the phone in my ea
