On 19 December 2012 i settled my smartphone/tablet account by FNB to Apply for the new iPad Mini 32gig they have on offer for R240 for 24 months, the debit order went off on the 19th December 2012. On the same day Katlego email me to inform me that the payment has been done. i Phoned the call centre to ask if its been settled and they said yes, so we started the over the phone application. I went to have a look on my online banking account and i saw a note that said any applications after 21 December will only be completed after the 7th january 2013 as the closing over the December time. On The 8th January 2013 i received an email from Katlego where se apologize for the late reply, and that my iPad Mini is top priority and that it will be sender to the courier on wednesday, where they will phone me for delivery. On the 11th January i emailed them again to find out what is going on and the response t got was: YOU SMART DEVICE ORDER HAS BEEN SENT TO THE COURIER. THEY WILL CONTACT YOU WITHIN 24 HOURS TO DELIVER. The next message said THAT I MUST IGNORE THE MESSAGE AND SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED.
