UNABLE TO PAY BENEFICIARIES AT MONTHEND FROM ATMS

Tried yesterday at one ATM in Waterfall to pay rates and another bank's credit card and machine set on default to pay Traffic Fines and one or two other arb transactions - but not what I wanted. Today tried all the ATM machines in Hillcrest and Waterfall and guess what they also are all disabled so beneficiaries cannot be paid but cash can be drawn - complained at the branch which was busy and a staff member said they can sign me up for Internet Banking - I DO NOT WANT INTERNET BANKING BECAUSE I AM TIRED OF RECEIVING FAKE MAILS TO LOGIN SO THEY CAN TAKE ALL MY MONEY SO DON'T MIND GOING TO THE ATM TWICE A MONTH TO PAY BENEFICIARIES. What is the problem - the person at the bank had no idea that there was a problem??? What is going on.
