I had to replace my bank cards due to. I visited the Standard Bank branch in Centurion Mall and was assisted by Thabelo. I explained that my Credit Card was linked to my internet banking and was used to sigh on. Thabelo told me that he will request that my beneficiaries be transferred to the new account. At that stage I thought yes I have heard that promise before. I left the bank not with very high hopes. What a surprise awaited me. I received a call this morning from Thabelo informing me that he saw my new card at the bank and that they managed to retrieve and link all my beneficiaries to the new card. I was speechless as I did not expect this kind of dedication. Thabelo I cannot thank you enough.
