Internet banking beneficiaries list went awol

I was making internet payment this morning. All beneficiaries list dissapeared. The system just tell me I have no beneficiaries. This is absolute unacceptable. Does ABSA really expect me to recreate all my beneficiaries and still want me to pay for internet services..
